Why not just comment “bump”?That's not how studios work. Depending on where the studio is showing up, it may not move. For example, studios on your profile are in order of when you joined/followed them. (Latest to Earliest). I think it's the same with the studios on a project page.
On the explore page on the other hand, they can be ordered from activity and relevance.

As for the suggestion, you aren't being very clear. I assume that the “Bump” option is a button on some sort, but where would the studio be bumped? On your profile, on the other person's profile? On a project page? The explore tab?
Either way, if everyone is bumping their studios I doubt you'll receive a giant influx of attention when you bump one. Speaking of that, if you can't even bump your own studio what's the point? I can't think of any reason I shouldn't be able to push my own studio, but I should be able to push someone else's.
For future reference, it helps discussion to actually plan out and form your suggestion in an understandable way before posting it.
