(#4)they're probably asking to add back the meow language as in the actual language you could choose in the website and editor before scratch 3.0 was released
where exactly (we already have meow in text to speech)
which i believe is rejected due to the translation system scratch 3.0 uses not supporting joke languages (boo!)
