About Scratch :: Suggestions :: a pen fill block

there should be a block that can fill in pen shapes with a color

it could be these

begin fill ::pen

when you start to draw the shape

end fill :: pen

when you are done to fill the shape

or we could just have

fill :: pen

for when the sprite is inside the shape
