What exactly is ‘bad AI’? Bad AI is AI that doesn't function. Weak AI is AI that can only do specific tasks, and strong AI can do everything a human can.

Artificial intelligence is not needed for this site, I agree. But that doesn't mean that all Artificial Intelligence is necessarily bad. When I wrote historical fiction, I needed to know what currency the Romans used and how much value it had, and how much a toga would cost in that currency. I got a decent response from ChatGPT. A toga with embellishments would cost 1 - 2 aurei. In the actual story, I added 50 sesterces for the benefit of the character and the plot.
My point is that Artificial Intelligence can be really helpful. Nobody said that this AI would code a project for you, no no.
And here's a really important point. Hospitals use AI to save lives.
Examples of AI which are currently being used to benefit people in health and care include:
Analysing X-ray images, for example mammograms, to support radiologists in making assessments. This frees up radiologists to spend more time with patients, or to screen greater numbers of people more quickly.
Supporting people in virtual wards, who would otherwise be in hospital to receive the care and treatment they need in their own home or usual place of residence. Remote monitoring technology such as apps and medical devices can assess patients’ health and care while they are being cared for at home.
Helping clinicians read brain scans more quickly. This shortens the time it takes for patients to be treated, giving them a better quality of care.
Done. AI is not always bad. There are countless examples of AI being used for good and great things.
