a way to take down remix's of their own projects is good as scratch has been used by millions off people, some of those people and companies didn't understand the use of scratches remix feature so they wanted people who recreated their stuff to taken down which you can't do on scratch and the scratch team might not take it down, but there will be people who are trying to disable remixing through the feature which is not allowed meaning instead of disabling that we'll ban the account to prevent them from doing it again

a. yes if full scratcher as for them once someone remix's their project every remix that is a chain of it can get taken down by creators of all the older remix's that are a part of, however for new scratchers it will be a no as it will make remix's very punishable
