But the idea is that they cannot create projects with cloud variables, therefore, free chat shouldn't be an issue.

I meant the fact you said that they could use projects with cloud variables.

Open cloud chats are not allowed - there are a few that have escaped detection, but those pose a risk regardless of how many people use them.

I know, but stuff like this can happen, and that wasn't the only problem, that was an example.

Ok, but my point is that this stuff happens anyway.
