Also, say that the community guidelines have been updated when someone goes on Scratch the first time they log in or something, and make them read the new section.

maybe if someone brags, they could get a warning saying “Please don’t brag on Scratch. Here are some of the comments that led to this warning:
“HAHA! YOU DIDNT EVEN CREATE FIFTY PROJECTS HAHAHA U DONT HAVE ANY ACHIEVEMENTS”
